At the duck pond

every memory was fond.

All duck sometimes snappy

but overall very happy.

But one day

Monopoly duck say

no more free bread

now pay to be fed!

Monopoly duck

spend many buck

to build big bread plant

spitting bread crumb over sand.

Bread crumbs turn water muddy

once beautiful pond now puddy.

Many ducks, the old and the younger

have no money, now suffer hunger.

Monopoly duck see angry ducks and dirty water

looks at hungry birds and sick otter

Says: A shame what this place has become!

Takes its money and is gone.
