The moon glows.

The night is darker

And the memories flood my head.

My soul is sad

My eyes hurt

From all the tears

I shed for my dearly departed.

The ghost of the past haunts me

The ghost of the present torment me.

This web of pain...

This hole grows bigger each passing day.

This hole grows as the days go by.

It’s a memory of what was left behind.

The door of my heart completely closed
