It started with being born.

Then it was childhood obesity.

After it was bullying.

Which lead to complete self-hatred.

Turning into self harm.

And switched to an eating disorder.

But all these things.

All these horrible.

Mean.

Terrible series of events.

Is what lead me to you.

Is what put you in my life.

And right now.

You’re the best part of it so far....

I am but a puzzle.

All the pieces,

Individualized,

Yet they fit all together.

As one whole.

Creating a beautiful picture.

That is always torn down,

Then rebuilt again.

Until one person builds this puzzle.

And realizes:

‘This puzzle is too mesmerizing,

Too complicated,

Too ineffable,

And this puzzle is too jaded and lugubrious to keep being torn apart,

Over and over again.
