"You don't have a choice, princess." Nick smirked, hands behind his back like he was powerful. In these woods, he wasn't. "I am no princess, Nick, and you know that." Nick let out a barking laugh. "Well, you definitely aren't a queen. Otherwise you would have a crown. And actual control over a place." I glanced back at my sidekicks. Lucina was tense, looking scared but trying to hide it. Aegeus, on the other hand, looked ready to fight or to run, whichever was needed. "Aegeus," I whisper quietly so Nick wouldn't hear. "Get back up, and hurry!" Aegeus ran off, darting behind trees so he wouldn't be caught if more hunters were out in the forest. I looked back at Nick, who was smirking. "I see one of your slaves ran off. Is he too scared to deal with the scary hunters? Boo hoo. At least I get you and the girl, right?" He didn't notice me talking to Aegeus. Perfect. I glanced back at Lucina, who did not look happy with the word 'slaves' being used to describe her and Aegeus. "Actually I chose to be here and so did Aegeus! I don't know what made you think we weren't here by choice, but if it was a person, you should fire them immediately because they aren't correct!"
