Write a poem about a lie that spirals out of control.
Consider the structures and devices you could use to show the repetition and amplification of the lie.
I'm fine
"I'm fine" I say to everyone Knowing it's not true I don't need to bother them they have their own stuff to do
"I'm fine" I say again and again it will be true someday although I could really use a friend I just don't know how to say I'm not fine. So I am trapped in this lie I just want it to go away
