Your protagonist has been feeling off all day, like something is coming. It isn't until they get home that they realize what was making them feel this way...

Let Him Go explained

The protagonist of the game, broken spawn, starts the day feeling off, knowing something is going to happen He then decides to go on a walk, going to talk to various NPCs, including: Lime girl, Periastron, Barry, and Cozy. there's also side NPCs for good ending. You have to talk to them to continue on.

After talking to them, you have to go to sleep to continue through the game. After you're asleep, you have a nightmare, relating to fire ring. this continues until fire ring comes to find you, making you run into traffic, and you get hit, killing Broken Spawn. (BAD ENDING)

To get the good ending, there's specific steps (I'M NOT TYPING ALL THAT.). Skipping to the end, there's a minigame, then you go to sleep. after the party nightmare, you seek out none texture, who explains it all.

They tell you that you need to LET HIM GO (Hehe see what they did there?) and how you were depressed after Fire Ring left. Yes, people have attachments, but sometimes you need to let them go (AGAIN??). They also explain how it wasn't Spawn's fault. It was Fire Ring's fault. He left. And spawn was a victim. He then wakes up, realizing it's all a nightmare, and None Texture was a figure helping him through trauma. Fire Ring tries to come apologize, then gives u[. his ending touches on attachment trauma, and gives the Goodbye... badge. (GOOD ENDING)
