Deep in life

There is something called existing

It doesn't involve talking, listening or performing

It's not watching something to pass time,

Not even writing or making art

Simply being, quiet or singing

Standing in place, laying or dancing

It's quite a hard hobby to achieve

Doing nothing, while feeling everything

Feels like a calming night

With chills all over you

Existing teaches you a lot of things

It touches your heart, sometimes stinging,

Sometimes so full of love that doing nothing turns into the most overwhelming, nostalgic, freeing activity

I can't imagine life without existing

I can't imagine not being able to stop and doing nothing

Out of the mind, thoughts and fears,

Sitting down to feel the ground below,

Or to breathe the air always around us

An experience that leaves you full

Because you need nothing to live

You only need yourself and a place to be

You know the love you've always searched for outside?

I suggest you sit and search for it in your heart

I swear it's there,

Sometimes so hidden it takes time to find,

But always, always there with you.
