The Danger In Words
3 Little words
Words that make you feel secure
Ment to assure
Believed by girls too innocent or insecure to understand
How quick those words turn to quick sand
Those three little words suck you in
Make it hard for you to function
Those three little words cause so much destruction
Even in this knowledge we still believe in these three little words used by boys looking only at her curves even she knows this is not what she deserves
Yet she believes in these three little words even as her stomach turns she disconcerts
Because these three little words aren’t so little to her
To her these three little words mean she is finally seen in the spaces between but we all believed in these three little words when we where fifteen
These three little words are every little girl’s dream
A dream that turns into a nightmare because to hear those three little words all depends on what we might wear so we prepare in despair to see how we compared to what another girl wears
All of this just for three little words used by boys both young and grown both still immature thoughts all impure as they use these three little words to lure girls that are still unsure
These three little words aren’t so little used on girls to make them giggle but later leave us brittle, those three little words are almost always artificial
Three little words that we wish where said with gentle and genuine gloves words used like drugs
Always leave us overdosed leaving her as a ghost in a world of boys who will all say “I Love You” yet he is the one who provoked and caused her overdose.
