makeup kisses.

I want it all—

good and bad.

To fall so deeply

we never have to worry

I want to understand someone

and be understood too.

To give little handmade gifts

that I’ve spent hours making,

and know their smile alone

is enough for me.

I wouldn’t care what we did—

what movie we watched,

what game we played—

their company

would be enough.
