STORY STARTER
Submitted by Tangerine!
Each morning, a boy discovers a new scar on his body. They don’t hurt, and he can’t recall how they got there - until one day, a stranger points to one and says, "I have that too."
SCARS
I’m John. I’m 7. I have scars. I don’t know how they got there. So don’t ask. Every one does. Until Nathan Dunes, he has them too. My parents come into my room to protect me. They bring a knife. Yet I always get a new one. Dried blood stains my bed. Yet I still suspect nothing. Probably because people aren’t supposed fight back.
