The world is spinning and I am standing still

It keeps going without my concern

If I act, if I leap, if I trust what will be there?

Spinning and spinning I try to see where my leap will land

I stay and I wait for just the right moment.

I see it and stumble and fail to leave the ground

But I get back up and I see.

See the world was waiting for me

I have to learn to get back up to be strong

Strengthen my heart

Strengthen my soul

As I leap as I jump as I learn the rhythm of the universe

It speaks to me softly

Sometimes leaving me to wonder

Sometimes telling me to keep going

Sometimes telling me to be patient

To wait

To let it align the movements of the world to the future it is creating for me if I just let it

Just wait and prepare to jump and land in a world you can only imagine.

Just be patient and calm and love yourself.

Find joy in the birds in the trees in the light in your eyes.

You cannot stop the pain.

But you can hold onto the love.
