It’s written in the first pages of Plato’s Symposium, and if you have the time or the interest, I truly suggest you to read it).

Dear half,

There was a time where i was part of you, and you where part of me. Our bodies where one, and our souls too. If I was talking about me, I was talking about you. Everything was so easy, nothing seemed impossible.

There were times where we felt sadness, but it was a beautiful one, because we carried the burden togheter.

There were times where we felt joy, and our heart felt it doubling the happpyness in it.

We were the same thing, we saw the same sunsets and tasted the same flavours.

Then the envious god decided to separate ourself. We were too powerful and he couldn’t stand it.

So here I am, lonely in this life, searching for you among the people, with this ugly feeling of emptiness. I don’t know your name because we didn’t need one to recognize each other, you were me and I were you, it was so simple and pacific.

Are you feeling the same way? Are your dreams corrupted by void?

Mines are, but I hope yours are sweet.

I’m writing this letter just in the case you are desperate too. I’ll throw it in the Wind and he will know what to do. I’ll write it also on the internet, hidden between montains of informations and words. Maybe it will reach you, or maybe not, i just hope that the god it’s not looking at us right now.
