I’m so excited to leave. I am looking forward to my trip because I need to get away. Things have been very stressful lately, it seems like I just can’t make enough to maintain sometimes. I work so many hours in a day, to the point where my body is tired but I still feel like it’s not enough money. I brought my bus tickets, the last thing to do is pay for my Air B&B, no matter what - that’s going to get paid. I know that once I get to New York, for the second time this year, I will be on cloud 9.

The truth is that I need to spend more time living and not as much time stressing. It seems like the stress is leading me into an early hole. One thing I love about planning this trip is that I’m not afraid to look at my money and balance my books. I’m willing to take accountability, financially, and deal with the good - the bad - and the ugly when it comes to planning.

Most days I’m thinking about being above the city because I can’t wait to feel free again. I can’t wait to be walking around in a place where I feel smart and people are innovative. I have a lot of good plans for this trip and I can’t wait to make things come to life.

In the mean time, between time, I’ll be right here planning and continuing to put as much money as I can to the side. I’m really happy that I have half of the Air B&B money, I just have to pocket a little bit more and then I’m out of here. I just can’t wait.
