WRITING OBSTACLE

Sanctuary. Elevate. Conscious.

In a story of no more than 10 lines, use these three words in any order. Try not to randomly throw them in, but think about a storyline that allows you to link them all naturally.

Sanctuary to Elevation

1. On a crisp autumn morning, Lily set out on a journey of self-discovery along winding country lanes.

2. The path led her past golden fields and ancient hedgerows that whispered quiet secrets of the past.

3. Beside a murmuring brook, she discovered a long-forgotten cottage—a true **_sanctuary_** from the modern world.

4. Inside, dappled sunlight and the aroma of old wood invited her to leave her troubles at the doorstep.

5. As she sat in a cosy corner, the gentle ambience began to **_elevate_** her spirit, lifting her heart with each passing moment.

6. Time seemed to slow, allowing her to savour every detail and find solace in silence.

7. In the mirror hanging above a timeworn mantle, she became consciously aware of her own resilient beauty.

8. The reflections of her past mingled with hopes for the future, each moment woven into her soul.

9. Stepping back into the crisp air, she carried the cottage’s quiet magic like a treasured secret.

10. Renewed and inspired, Lily continued her journey, ever ready to embrace life’s miracles with a **_conscious_** heart.
