Bill and Cris are staying late at work as they tend to do. Bill if feeling extra nervous as he ruminates on a decision he made last night to finally confess his feelings.

Bill: Cris can I tell you something?

Cris: Yes. What’s going on.

Bill: Well do you remember when I told you I was Bisexual on your birthday and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for in a guy?

Cris: Yes, you looked nervous and couldn’t give me eye contact.

Bill: Well, I think I know what I want and it’s you.

Cris is sitting quietly processing what he’s heard.

Bill: I know we work together and have become friends over these last few years but I think you’re what I’m looking for.

Cris is still sitting silently.

Bill: I know this probably makes you uncomfortable and you may not want to talk me after this but could you say something.

Cris: I…I told you that I was interested in women. Bill: I know but staying late after work together and there’s been so many times that lead me to believe…

Cris: Believe what?

Bill: I believed that maybe you were interested in me. Maybe we could be together.

Cris:….

Bill: I know it doesn’t make sense but I’ve fallen for you. I fall for you every day. Sometimes I hold my breath when you’re in front of me because I lose it every time I see you.

Cris: I’m uncomfortable now.

Cris begins to pack up his stuff frustratedly.

Bill: Are you mad at me? I’m sorry making you uncomfortable but I wanted to be honest with you.

Cris: Thank you for your honesty but I need to go. I’ll see you tomorrow.
