POEM STARTER
Paper boats, the scent of lemons, and tears.
Use these descriptors as inspiration for a poem.
Vessel
You said you would change.
But stayed the same all these years.
Robbed of my childhood because of your fears.
The devil finds it amusing.
Walking misery and there’s no choosing.
Your words only leave bruising.
Cuz your just here for using.
A Broken body.
for your mean soul.
You might have took my crying mother.
But she was all my gold.
How could you just leave for mold.
But I will hold and carry it.
BECUASE you tried to burry it
But I won’t let YOU burry me alive.
I will be your burden father till the day you die.
