What I Couldn’t Say:

This is a delightful and charmingly heartwarming story of a romance-to-be if only our protagonist, John can conquer his internal doubts and let down his armor in order to let Landon in. It’s a novel of discovery and a search for “the truth of who they are”. Sometimes it touched to close to home as if the writer was describing my inner doubts. However, I found it an enjoyable read and hard to put down.

This seems I am having trouble putting into words how I feel about this novel. It opens with a confusing prologue, has Jayden and Alex being in high school and ends with their wedding! However, the description of how our protagonist, Jayden, wrestles with his feelings is once again superb. It simply left me confused. Was that the intent?
