Loud, deafening, echos of pain.

Some new. Some old.

Wounds still open, never healed.

So much hurt, pain, when will you learn?

Words, actions, do you know?

Screams are built up feelings wanting to be released.

Feelings I don’t want to feel.

Creeping up, slowly, then releasing.

Screaming how long have I been screaming?
