WRITING OBSTACLE
Write the climax of a murder mystery story without any reference to the victim or the crime itself.
The climax can be defined as the point in the story with the highest tension and stakes. How will you drive the story without mentioning the crime?
To love him back
He’s tracing my tears, down to my shoulders
and trembles, as if he would be touching
a holy grail.
I know, in just a brief, unthinkable moment,
he’ll gently lean upon my face, slowly
kissing my lips.
Then he’ll turn away, filled with shamelessly lust,
and wish he would have had the strength
to leave sooner.
Maybe he will say the words that people die for,
or whisper them slowly in a quiet song,
“I love you. Still.”
And I -from here, where I safely flew- will smile
for nothing is unforgivable after the pain.
And I -lifeless- and, yet, more vivid than ever,
will, finally, love him back.
When it goes like this, it’s addictive. And then, when you are part of these little games you think you know, you get to love what’s worst
You know you’re giving worth to it all and all people see that ❤️🩹
