A child’s last laugh,

A moon that’s past it’s prime,

Mother Nature attacking a land that’s only nature, pure, and divine,

The cries of a sailor lost at sea, overtaken by the ocean’s wrath,

What cost would you pay for a gift that all crave,

What would you do for your dreams to come true,

The greater powers have decided you fulfilled the prerequisites,

Was it worth the price,

Was it worth your souls sorrow, and grief,

Your souls guilt,

Was it worth the pain you caused for masses of beings just like you,

For after the transformation has run its course, a fairy’s life is sacrificed,

For every wing gained another fairy’s heartbeat is lost,

Another life drained,

And that’s not all your greed has caused,

After the transformation occurs from being normal, and pure, to a entity spectacular but impure,

You are undesired when Mother Nature calls for the people of fairies to come forth,

Fairies were meant to be simple creatures,

Tethered to the ground, but gifted magic to oversee the worlds,

Never meant to travel from hill to sky, or to roam grassy lands and also travel the vast sky,

They were meant to help the world, the sick, old, young, and magicly inclined,

Not possess feelings of greed and desire.
