At last the flowers bloom

At last I get my sunny day too

At last you can see

Look at me so happy

Today the sun decides to rise

But I can’t help but wonder

If it’s not all sunshine but lies

If this will last much longer

And it seems the more I ponder

That I’ll lead myself to my own demise

What if tonight darkness will rise

What if tonight all hell will release

There’s too much peace

I’ve been around the block

I think it will stay

But it will not

I know its brightest before the dark

I really don’t like this part

I want to be happy I really do

Why can’t I be just like you

You live in the sun all day

Without having to worry if it will go away

I want to stay were you live

But I know it’s not something you can just give

No it’s not part of my delusional mutter

Just because life’s different here on the other side of the earth

Doesn’t let you judge how I act on my turf
