Sometimes we wake up

And go through the motions of life

Smile when expected

The hapiness that held us up,

Becoming echos fading into the distance

I can’t move

I’m frozen

Time and space shrinking

Boxing me in

I need help

The paper and the pen

Sitting on the desk

That is my refuge

So i sit down

And write
