I put my hands to the keyboard

Tick, tick, tick,

Paragraphs slide by

Tick, tick, tick,

Characters soar high

Tick, tick, tick,

The plot begins to weave together

Tick, tick, tick,

I think i can do better,

Boom

I put the draft to the sword,

Sigh

I put my hands to the keyboard
