Intro Into The Art Of Language
“Class.” The male instructor asked in a kind yet demanding tone. “_Can anyone hear me?_” He sighed.
He was the new teacher in a not-so well-respected high school so this type of behavior wasn't out of the ordinary. He knew he had to make a good first impression on these children.
Over the expanse of the entire classroom, the young students were relentless. Many conversations were taking place at one—all of their attention elsewhere.
Perhaps throwing things. Others laughing.
The Instructor had an idea, he hoped that it would work. He began to write on the board.
“Words are wasted on those who don't listen.”
Some kids turned their heads, reading it and going quiet. The others kids wondered why they were silent and followed until the entire classroom was quiet enough where the instructor could speak.
A kid raised their voice. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
The instructor quickly answered.
“Looks like I got you’re attention!” He said loudly with a laugh, “Let’s begin our intro into the Art of Language!”
He quickly wrote on the words on the board.
