Write a chapter of a self-help book written by the absolute worst person to receive this kind of advice from.

What kind of awful advice might be found here?

How To Be Cocky, Lonely, And Depressed

CHAPTER ONE: THE KEY TO ‘LOVE’

Life isn’t about how much you enjoy life, it is about how much you accomplish for yourself.

Take love, for instance, it isn’t real; it is more about seeing how it will benefit you and using it to your advantage.

See, I always thought that love was a waste of time, and if it doesn’t lead to something I would want—than it might as well be.

I was in love once—and it was dreadful—it haunted my nights and my days, had me thinking about him all the time, wanting him, craving his attention, longing for his touch. But, in the long run, it took away from the career I had built for myself. It was taking up too much time, so I ended things.

Long story short, the key to love is to not fall in love, because, evidently, it is a waste of time.

(Ps. Love isn’t a waste of time, having someone to be there for you makes a big difference in life. Keep searching. You might not find the person for you now, but they are out there.)

CHAPTER TWO: HOW TO FEEL HAPPY

Okay, so this shouldn’t be hard, if you are already depressed, the only way to feel better is to feel more depressed.

A paradox, right?

Well, not quite, the key to feeling better is for people to notice you are hurting and actually care. So stop eating, let your bones show. Stop sleeping, let dark circles appear under your eyes. Cry often, let your under eyes become red and puffy. When people notice you look depressed and sickly, they will feel bad and try to help. Than being noticed and their attention will make you feel better.

Bingo.

(Ps. The best way to feel happy is to fake it until you make it. Might sound hard, but _trying _to be happy, and finding pleasure in the simple things, instead of waiting, is how you get on the right track.)

CHAPTER THREE: AM I PERFECT?

Yes, always remember you are the best of the best, no one compares to you!!

(Ps. ‘Perfect’ doesn’t exist. The best way to live life is to feel confident, but stay humble. Notice your flaws, but don’t dwell on them. Change your mindset so _you _are happy with who you are, don’t change your looks so someone else is.)
