Her POV: I looked down in my locker, a small folded heart sitting in the bottom of it. I sighed, picking it up while running a hand through my hair.

“Madeline, I swear your the brightest star in the sky. My eyes have no care for the moon any more. You’re all I need. I hope you see me how I see you.” I read sloud.

This was just pure insanity, one note, every Wednesday and I still couldn’t catch them even once.

I looked around, spotting Aiden peeking out of the corner of my eye before turning back quickly.

His POV: Every Wednesday.

That’s when I did it.

When I wrote the note just for her.

She never knew it was me anyways.

I keep down in the corner of the hallway and smile as the heart meets her hands.

Her lips move along to the sound of the words, the small mutter barely meeting my ears.

That was my favorite thing about her.

Her voice.

God, she sounded like an angel or maybe even a siren. Not that every inch of her wasn’t absolutely perfect.

I just hoped she’d see me one day.

See me for who I am.

And just for a second, we lock eyes.
