I have to confess something I did, now please pass the wine.I need at least 2 glasses to calm me down. Happened at the dinner table, as the potatoes were being passed.I was very nervous, my parents looked very concerned.

I got suspended from school today. Why? Asked Mom and Dad. Because the same kids are bullying me. This has been going on for sometime. I was embarrassed to tell you, mom and dad.

Every day I go to school, same thing happens again!.I get bullied!

They push me, kick me, throw all my book’s on the floor. I go to the bathroom, I hide in the stall. I cry. I ask myself, why are these kids harassing me? I know, because I’m overweight. I’m called fat and I hold my anger in.Its also affecting my schoolwork,and my grades are dropping. I can’t think straight, because of the my insecurities those kids installed

When I come home from school, you both are at work .Alone in my room, I-go online, only to be mocked again! What am I a glutton for punishment? Why do I go online for continued abuse?

Depressed and isolated, I can’t take it any more. Today my locker was covered with paint that said PIG and fat.Today is a new day. I decided I’m going to act to my reactions.I’m tired of being bullying, this has to stop.

I took a hammer out of my pocketbook. I took it from my shed. I started swinging at them ,like crazy person.I lost my mind temporarily.I don’t know who I hit.I just kept on swinging that hammer with anger and regret. What am I doing? This is really not like me.Just swinging that hammer,I had to get them back. Had to show my pain and hurt.

They ran away like roaches,But blood was on the floor.The Dean called me in his office.He says violence is not the solution. I’m suspended for a week.

Dad and mom are really upset. Will be going to school tomorrow. No one treats my daughter this way. Those kids should be punished.Never saw Daddy, so angry and mad. He was on fire with anger. NO ONE treats my daughter that way!!He said it once again.

People still don’t get it.Bullying is a serious problem. 13 million students a year, are bullied in the United States. That’s one out of every four children. Tell your parents. Tell the teachers. Don’t be afraid to express your feelings. I’m sure you have children too! So try to understand. This bullying must stop completely. I hope it’s not to late.
