POEM STARTER

Use the 'snowball technique' to write a poem, where the first line is one word long, the second line has two words, and so on.

Remember you do not have to 'build' on the first word - each line should use different words.

When I Was Twelve

Memories

Long ago

In my youth

We were only twelve

You were my first kiss!

I was soo embarrassed, so shy!

Your lips tasted so sweet like bubblegum!

Years later, we ran into each other again

I knew our second kiss would last a lifetime
