Life And Death
“You’re taking a gamble with this, you’re not sacrificing yourself!”
You say to me in science,
But little do you know how much I care about you,
You’re not just a comrade that I see most in school
To me your a close friend,
Someone I don’t want to lose.
You and the others are more like family to me,
And thats just the truth,
You’re more than just friends to me,
And I don’t know how to place it in words.
But to me you’re my family.
One that’s irreplaceable,
I don’t say this a lot,
Although I really should.
I’d do anything to protect you.
Even if it hurt me.
I may be a moron,
But even I have morals.
So as the time comes to an end both sitting in silence
I turn to you saying
“I can’t promise that…”
