WRITING OBSTACLE
Write a story where an object that is inconspicuously mentioned early on is a key element of the plot towards the end of your story.
Using an object is an easy way to foreshadow an idea, but you could also try using something else like dialogue, or another character, to foreshadow your plot.
Time With Him
Emily was a 16 year old girl she was smart and Kind but one day her uncle died it destroyed her she stoped being loud and funny she was just quiet, the next day was school so she put her uncles ring on and a shirt and a skirt then went to school. When she got there everyone was in there classes she went to her class this teacher know what happened with her uncle so she didn’t say anything she kept on teaching then after that class she got a call from her saying that her aunt was coming over after school she wanted to tell you the well. That call made her late to her other class this teacher know to but didn’t care so then he said why are you late mis Emily um my uncle died and my mother called me to talk about something to so with his funeral I said and thats the reason your late to my class I thought you where a good student he scuffed i am I just had more important things I stated I more important then my class, he yelled your staying later after class he said no im not I have to go home I yelled back he grabbed my arm one of the other student went to get the principal your not going anywhere he said yes I AM!!! Boom my ring started glowing in red this was one of the emotion rings but not like one I’ve ever seen I grabbed my hand the principal came with the police and arrested the guy I went home my aunt said you got everything in his well other then our house what about your kids I said she answered they didn’t ever spend time with him they thought he was a boring dad if only they know but know they want stuff from his well and there making up story’s they had with him it’s ok I said they won’t get a penny. ;)
