As I stare at my reflection

I wonder how I managed to take it this far

Stitch after stitch

Nip after nip

It’s as if I’ve put my body through a war

Wrapped in bandages

Trying to figure out how I’ll manage

I’m slightly feeling kind of goofy

But this is how bleeding leads to beauty
