In Steel And Of Sorrow
I wake like every other day nothing is new.
Walking the streets as if nothing is wrong with me.
I look at these pathetic creatures, beings lower than me.
The steel keeps grinding with no bound.
I spot a particularly beautiful lady, skin white as snow and lips as plump as a juicy fruit and a smile as bright as a star.
I like what I see, I will make her fall in love with me.
Her perfume penetrates my nose such as a knife stabs into flesh.
I walk closer with a stained, dirty intent.
I say one word with romantic intent only to get met with a slap in the face.
The steel sharpens and her cries become louder.
She begs for her life but her cries fall onto deaf ears, should’ve listened to me my beautiful dear.
Red infects the black walls of my cellar below.
Her green eyes start to roll back and blood stain her pearly smile.
Until she stops and drops to floor with no sign of life.
She will fit just fine in the pile on the left side.
