'Beneath the willow, you will find…' Finish this sentence, and use it somewhere in a poem.

Beneath the Willow

Beneath the willow, you will find

Shelter from the storms of mind

If in the moment you will live

All of your attention to it you give.

You must see the branches drooping

See the roots as you are stooping

Feel the wind upon your face

As you step out of the race.

Just relax, you must unwind

If it is peace you are to find

Lie down and listen to the brook

Forget about what you forsook.

Feel the ground beneath your feet

Listen to your own heart beat

Smell the smells upon the air

You will find your peace out there.

And when you lie beneath the willow

Imagine your head upon your pillow

Then relaxing you will find

You can find your peace of mind.

Just live always in the now

And you will find great peace somehow

Be you at work or lying on your pillow

Recall the lesson learned beneath the willow.
