Riding in our wagon. Going to the ruins of the battle that happened 7 years ago. The place where calix gave the gems to the custodians of the flames.

“Look!” My brother Luke Flower pointing to the ruins of battle. Well where a nymph stood while the world went into destruction. Father wanted to visit this place help collect materials and to clean up the mess. We begged to come along so he allowed us to come.

“Yes, Luke. There is the ruins of war. When we stop you may go about to explore but stay close to where I can see you. Make sure May id with you.”

“Yes Father!”

We stopped at the ruins and we all got out of the wagons. Looks like a castle but it’s hard to tell. Everything is rusted and has moss with plants going on top of it. A field of the same flowers is everywhere surrounding the place we are standing. I don’t know the name of it. But it started to bloom a day or two after the battle. Purple, green, red, blood, scimitar in chest, flower im his hand. Him sticking it in his pocket. Not bothering….

“May Flower!” The startled me from the dream I had. “Let’s go please. Follow me!” He seems to excited but I got to follow him around.

I follow him making sure we are close to father. We go to a rock or stone. I don’t know.

But it looks special, it has red on it. Dried blood i think? But who’s? I don’t want to think about that right now.

“Do you think it’s calixs blood?” Oh luke, still young but what a question to ask.

“I don’t know luke.”

“Well, could you lift up the stone?”

“Sure.” I life the rock to the best of my ability and luke goes and digs in the dirt. I don’t know what he is looking for. But I guess a memento of the place.

“May! I found something!” He holds up what looks to be a rock in the shape of a dimand.

“Wow! Luke thats a great find!”

“Luke flower! May flower! Time to go!”

We head back to the wagon with father.

“She will be fine. Don’t worry. Just feed her soup and she will get better. She might have episodes for i think it’s lifelong. Best of luck.” The doctor explains while i peak through the door at mother in her bed sick. She says she started feeling this way a few days ago when we were gone. And then she got worse when Luke showed her the rock he found.

I leave the house not being able handle being inside the our house. I go to a little flower patch with purple flowers, the same flowers as the ruins. Nightshade their called…
