“Clouds cover the skies, rain pulls at your eyes,
but nothing hurts as much as little words turned lies'
Use this stanza as either part of, or inspiration for a poem.
XOXO, you-know-who-i-am
_Who is supposed to love me,_
_If I can’t love myself?_
The ground below my twisted toes is just another gate to hell.
Snow may fall and hail may fall also,
But in the end water is life.
The same water below the bridge
Where I took my ow-
_Who is supposed to save me,_
_If I’m the devil in disguise?_
I’m not scared of the darkness;
The darkness is scared of me.
Light may penetrate every shadow
But nothing penetrates me.
Except the shards of broken promises
That I made t-
_Who is supposed to kill me,_
_If I swallow the gun?_
Pages littering the bathroom sink,
They only place I call home.
Tell Mami I love her,
This suicide note is too long.
Tell Papi I’ll miss him,
Though I know he’s long gone.
Tell my brother I hate him,
He never had a spine.
Tell my sister she’s dead to me,
She left her knife in m-
