Chapter Eighteen: The Dragon’s Cave

In place that’s far way from Ever After, through a portal is a world called “The Curse Lands” where most evil stay there for years. The dark sky is roaring, with thunder, and lightning strikes mountains, caves and trees. The cloaked women sneaks stealthily through lands. Up ahead is a large cave, with two large stone guards standing in front of it. The woman runs towards them, and strikes both, with a pink powder.

Suddenly, the two stone guards, start to fall apart, until there’s nothing, but broken stone. She goes inside, as torchs lit up the dark path. In the distance she hears growling. She walks deeper, and deeper, as sounds of growling get louder, and louder. She stops, and sees a large purple dragon, with purple scales. The dragon has scars, and some scales that came of. The dragon looks at the women, with hunger in it’s light crystal blue eyes.

“Nevermore.” She said, in awe.

Nevermore rushes towards, but get pulled back, by something. She looks behind Nevermore to that there is black chain on Nevermore. She looks up at the Nevermore.

“Now, now, now. Is this how you treat someone who’s going to get you out of here?”

She looks at the dead skeletons, then looks back at Nevermore. She pulls out the item that she has been holding, and it’s a necklace, with a purple gem at the end.

“I got rid of those guards, and I know a way to get to her.”

Nevermore looks at her, with curiosity.

“Free the chains.” She speaks to necklace.

“As you wish.” A voice speaks back through the gem.

Purple dust flows out of gem, and towards the chains. One by one they break, until Nevermore is able to move around.

“Now, you just to just me. I lead you to her, and I can free her.”

Nevermore follows the woman out of the cave, and head towards an abandoned tower.
