The day I switched to wearing men’s jeans was the day I would never carry a bag ever again. Sure they were baggy and I had to learn how to tailor them so I wouldn’t look THAT insane but it was worth it.

Women’s jeans were made by men. They were made to show off bodies and be for style with barely any function. Tell me why does it take years for us to choose a pair from anywhere and men can just pop in and accurately get good fitting jeans?

Capitalism and patriarchy probably.

The deep pockets in most men’s jeans ensures I have all the essentials to keep me alive.

Pepper spray to ensure anyone who tries to steal from me will be blinded. I always get the highest rated one from China. It also happens to be banned here in the US. Don’t tell anyone I have it. Something about the ingredients being permanently blinding.

A pocket knife to escape from being tied hidden inside the jeans as I have meticulously sewed mini pockets in to hide my trusty life saver. You can never have too many pockets.

Of course its always safe to bring a tracking device also within the inside pocket. If I am ever taken away, my loved ones will find me like that STAT.

Men’s jeans has enough space for other essentials also like brass knuckles, rope, a window breaker, a death whistle that when you blow into it it sounds like someone’s screaming death and of course your phone.

Its not like men even need to bring much stuff so why are their pockets so deep in the first place? They will never have to worry about their safety every time they go out like we women do.

They never have to make sure to tell someone where they are going.

They never have to go into a taxi and wonder if they’ll actually be dropped off to where they are supposed to be.

Bags are so yesterday. Men’s jeans will be my go to til the day I die. No matter if I already neared it before.
