Its the last of its kind but also the best. It was born to hunt but is also good at fleeing if it needed to. Running did not come naturally to his species but Grim was not like the others. He understood the importance of regrouping and coming back to the fight. As years went by and bigger and better creatures crawled from the pit, Grim watched as his kind slowly perished. He knew that he could never die of old age. However he also knew that he was not invincible or immortal. He could be killed just like anything that crawled from the pit. Standing at four foot he was also one of the smaller creatures that had managed to emerge. His skin was like rock, but somehow also flexible and able to adapt. Over the years he had undergone many changes. Something new was happening. He had gone further from the pit then ever before and discovered a tunnel that led somewhere different. He was not sure if the difference was good or bad as he did not venture outside the tunnel. Only peaking his head out. Not seeing anything, he decided to climb out of the tunnel. As soon as his feet touch the ground he heard an explosion and dust shot out from the tunnel. Then just like that his was trapped here. The tunnel had collapsed behind him.
