By the beauty of the it

Daring to open up to the sun’s rays

When the Buddha held the flower

Or Jesus challenged us to consider

Why the flower?

From which humans can make no dinner

The beauty of the flower is not in its use

The beauty of the flower is for us to choose

When you smell the flowers

And that’s all that you do

When you smell the flowers

Their beauty shines through

When you smell the flowers

I hope the flowers know
