There are many different tales and legends about how we came to be the way we are. How we came to be Neuros or Pyros. Water or fire.

There are two popular ones though. One of them is that the gods, Neuron and Pyron, choose us. The other one is that we choose them.

Let me explain—

Before we are born, we stand before two rays of light. A blue one, which represents becoming a Neuro, the people of water. And a red one, which represents becoming a Pyro, the people of fire.

You have all the time in the world they say. But we often make the decision in less than a minute. Like it’s a calling.

I chose the blue ray.

He chose the red.

Unfortunately for me, the Neuros are killed in this kingdom.
