Ever After High: A Fairy New Story
**Chapter Sixteen: A Day Working At A Theater
In a city called “Fablefair”, there are a lot of people going shopping, and taking pictures of buildings. This is also where most spellebrites go stay on vacation. But, most important thing in the city is ‘The Storytale Theater’. Inside is a large room full of empty seats, and on stage is a group of actors singing, and lady playing a piano.
The lady has white skin, and blue eyes. She has brown-yellow hair that’s in a ponytail. She is yellow-black dress, with a white fur coat around her neck. She a light pink collar on her neck, a brown waist belt, with sparkly black gloves, and two pearl bracelets. On top of her head is a black bow.
The lady plays the last note, and a man comes up to her. He has tan skin, and brown eyes, with black short hair. He is wearing a purple suit with polka dots, and has gray pants on,
with black shoes. The man looks at the lady anxiously.
“How did they do?” He said.
“Well, Charles. They did amazingly, your singing direction are perfect. I really don’t think there needs to be any change, for singing.” The lady said.
“Oh, thank grimm! I thought the singing was cursed. Thanks a spell Maddie.” Charles said, relieved.
“You’re welcome!” Maddie said.
“Oh! Also do have that-“
“I have the script ready made, and edited.”
Charles grabs the script from Maddie’s hand.
“Wow! That’s fableous Maddie. This is why you are best. Your always ahead of finishing task.”
“I appreciate it Charles. Now is there any else that I need to help you with?”
“Nope. You’re all good!”
“Ok! Charm you later, Charles. I hope your show goes well.”
“Thanks, Maddie! Bye!”
Maddie goes back stage, there are a lot people walking around getting ready for the show. She goes into the office called “Writers Room”. She goes inside, and sits down at a large table, with people sitting in it. A man sitting at the end of the table starts to speak.
“So, glad you came here Ms. Maddie. We when your help, with the script for our next, show that we are making. Here.”
He gives a copy to Maddie.
“Now, please go to page 30. This is scene 5 of act 2.”
Maddie goes to page 30.
“For context the woman was fighting, with her husband because her husband thinks is best to move to another place for their child, but the woman thinks it’s best to stay here for their child. So now they separate from each other, and now they’re angry with one another. And when need help to express how she feel at this moment.”
“Okay. Is the show going to be a musical or a play?” Maddie asked.
“It’s going to be a musical.” The man answered.
“Okay. I think it’s best to write a song about how they feel.
Because usually the strongest emotions do have singing when it comes to musicals. And you could also add body movement, like aggressive body movement, like pushing stuff, and throwing stuff. You could write: The women throw an object, then screams, with anger.
Does that help?”
The people nod in agreement.
“That does help greatly. Thank you Ms. Maddie.” The man said.
“You’re welcome! Do you guys need anything else?”
“No. You’re all good! Bye!”
“Bye!”
Maddie leaves the room, and goes to a room that says “Actor’s Studio.” In the room are separate booths, and in front of is a glass with people sitting in them. She goes into one of the booths. Inside is a microphone, and a script. Maddie puts a thumbs up towards the people behind the glass. They give a thumbs up back. Maddie starts to read the script.
“I know you’re upset, but what other choice we have?! He was long gone, and you know it!” Maddie said, with anger.
A few seconds of silence breaks in then, she starts to speak again.
“What do you mean?! We had to kill him! There was no saving him, and this is your fault we are going to be in danger! I hate youuu!”
Maddie stops reading the script, and the people behind the glass speaks.
“That was perfect Maddie. Great job. You may go.”
“Thank you!”
She leaves the room, and goes to her next tasks. 30 minutes later Maddie is exhausted, and tired from her tasks. She gets in her car drives to 'The Fablefair Hotel'. She gets in room, and lies down in her bed.
