Kylie looked at the controls one more time. They had started flashing three miles ago and he still needed fifty more miles to finish the race. The sun would soon be raising and the temperature along with it. Looking back he probably should have put more time into pre trip maintenance on his car but he had never had issues with the car before. He was still planning what to do with the winnings even as the race slowly slipped from his fingers. Three cars had already passed him.
