They say that thousands of years ago there were beings who could breathe life into the trees. Creatures so intelligent they built buildings that touched the sky. Chariots that touched the stars.

They grew hair from every part of their body in all colours of the rainbow, and they had gemstones in their eyes.

They were rulers of every creature on the planet, creatures bowed before them and became their servants.

I don’t think these creatures actually existed, but it’s a nice story to tell the kids.

Many believe they created us, I don’t believe that. No mind is smart enough to create us, only we can make ourselves, only we have that power.

Humans never existed, if they did, where did they go? They’re a myth, but I do like hearing stories about them.
