STORY STARTER

You’re walking down the sidewalk when you notice everyone around you has a collection of zippers holding their skin together...
Zipperman
Gabriela Moore was walking down the street. It was 10:36 pm. The streetlights were flickering and the moon was shining. Gabriela was partially blind in one eye and so she bumped into a man. She apologized, then looked up at him. He was wearing a zip up with a hood over his face.
The man grabbed Gabriela and pulled a zipper off his face. That’s right. His face. He started to bleed and then he pushed the zipper on and across her lips. They were sealed shut with an even more bloody zipper.
She tried to scream, and call for help, but it was useless. Gabriela flung the man’s hood off and she saw that the man’s face was held together by zippers. His arms, legs, even his eyes, were all held in place by zippers.
A few more zipper people came around from behind Gabriela and grabbed arms and legs. One crazy short zipper-man came and smacked Gabriela’s head with a baseball bat. She was half-awake and she could hear mutters of “What do we do with the halfling boss?” “What is this thing boss?” “How can we help boss?”
Gabriela woke up in the back of a pickup truck with her hands tied behind her back and her ankles tied together. Gabriela struggled to move, but she could feel no zipper on her lips. She had many other things wrong with her though.
Terrible headache, sore face, aching body, terrible headache, back pain, the usual. She heard muttered voices from the front of the truck. She inched closer to listen in. “Where are we taking the kid, boss?” asked a zipper-man. “The lake,” said “boss”. “She’ll be nice and cozy
when she sinks to the bottom.
Frantic with fear, Gabriela started kicking around in the back. The truck suddenly came to a stop.. Three zipper-men came around back tying heavy weights onto her body. Then, they carried her to the dock and dropped her in the water. They drove away. Gabriela struggled to stay afloat.
At that moment a huge helicopter landed near the water. A man rushed over and did what Gabriela seemed was him saving her, but then, he shoved her head underwater after knocking her unconscious. That was the last anyone had seen of Gabriela Moore.
