The wind brushed my face

As I quickly sped by

The crowd went past

In a blur that did teem

With mixture of faces

That would shout and scream

I went even faster

And the people did cheer

My legs ran quicker

As the finish came near

I crossed the line

And began to celebrate

I jumped with joy
