POEM STARTER
Write a poem inspired by a colour.
Pakistan Green.
My soul leaves my body; Encapsulated in space.
Like kinger from TADC; I held my breath, although you were the one that glew.
Like the lawns of settled families; well maintained.
Pakistan green reflections, gleem off into the world; within your precense.
Like some algae; dancing in the depths, flowing through the water.
Resitstance; It bounces back.
Stand tall and spread your green loud.
Reached for the silky algae, disintegration occurred between the bends of my fingers; algae caught between the grooves.
Glanced over, A Shadow, of a familiar figure looms deep within the root system, buried beneath my ribcage.
Green still persists to exist,
Behind the storm cloud,
Behind the small idiocies that slip between your teeth.
Behind a smile a squint, a warm gaze.
