POEM STARTER

Use the 'snowball technique' to write a poem, where the first line is one word long, the second line has two words, and so on.

Remember you do not have to 'build' on the first word - each line should use different words.

Transforming

Why?

A question.

A good one.

One I asked often.

I asked why I was,

Who I was, what I was.

A monster, the only sensible answer, right?

I did believe so. I believed I was.

A monster clawing its way into misfortune and failure.

I was no longer human, I was just utter death.
