“…But where’s my happiness?” She cried. “What about us?! What about all those memories and late nights watching movies till the sun rose?”

“Lily…” Peter started.

She stalked towards him grabbing his collar. “You said forever!” She shoved the wedding ring into his hand, “Then you go cheat on me with some blue-eyed blonde.”

She could see the tension building up in Peter, the way his eye had filled with tear but not let them fall. The way his cheeks turned red when he was upset. The way his black hair fell infront of those grey eyes that she loved.

“Gosh- I was heads over heels for you Peter” His name felt foreign on her tongue.

“We could still fix this Lily- I’ll- I’ll break everything off with Abigail!” He pleaded but it was to late.

Lily grabbed my purse off the park bench and stalked away not giving Peter a second glance. She grabbed her phone out of her bag and quickly unlocking it.

“Goodbye forever.” She whispered as she deleted Peter from her life once and for all.
