Fight To The Death
“Let’s go!” he barked.
“I’m coming. I just need a minute to use the bathroom,” she said. She shifted uncomfortably in her skinny jeans. Partly because she’s not skinny. But he likes them on her.
She felt her underarms and other body parts start to sweat in anticipation.
“I told you to be ready 15 minutes ago.”
“I was ready! But you were still going through your papers and now I need the bathroom.”
She half whined the last part, sounding like a five year old. She often ends up sounding like a child when she talks to him.
“You always need it. See a doctor and let’s go.”
She sighed. He always does this.
She did her business and left the house to join him, now in the car.
She was a beauty. Tall, slim, although she could use the next size up in pants, and long blond hair blown dry hanging straight down her back.

“Slow down!” she yelled.
“If we crash, it’s your fault. We need to be there in 20 minutes,” he snapped.
“I was ready when you wanted me to be. If you left then, we’d be there by now!”

He clutched the wheel, his knuckles turning red.
He was still gorgeous, she thought, watching him as he drove like a maniac and knowing there was nothing she could say to appease him or to get him to slow down. He was of average height for a guy but his arrogance carried the height to at least 6’2”.
They managed to get there in one piece. As soon as they walked into the home, both their demeanors changed drastically and instantly. He turned on the quiet, intelligent charm to greet his boss and the boss’ wife.
She spotted Him. She glided towards him, seductively moving forward and watched as His eyes grew larger. She saw the bulge in his pants.
Too bad the idiot made me sign a pre-nup, she thought. But oh, what a pleasure to have his best friend and colleague.
Eventually, she thought, she will find a way out of the constraints of the pre-nup and their marriage will die.
