WRITING OBSTACLE
Write a story in your favourite genre and incorporate these three words:
pigeons, nutmeg, Antartica.
Two Rows Behind
"It’s colder than freaking **Antarctica** in here," I complain, rubbing my arms.
I’m in psychology right now where the AC is turned on to full max. They want to put it on during winter but not during summer. Funny that.
"You’re always cold," my teacher, Professer Kayden, says. He walks over to me and offers me a cookie. "**Nutmeg** cookie?"
I shake my head and sit down at the second row, third from the left, my second go to spot when someone steals my spot up at the third to last row. "No thanks."
He shrugs and sets the pack down on his desk.
I look past him and frown slightly. "Why is there a picture of a **pigeon** on the board?"
"Once the rest of the gets here, we’re going to be looking at-"
"Operate conditioning," Rehan walks in grinning. "Hey, sir."
"Rehan," Professer Kayden sighs deeply, simply sparing him a glance.
Rehan winks at me and sits in the row behind me. I try to cover the smile threading to break out. Me and him have been dating for a couple of weeks now. I think he might as me to be his girlfriend soon.
Professor gives me a questioning look.
I shrug and mouth, 'What?'
Professor Kayden rolls his eyes. "Rehan, sit two more rows up," he orders.
I frown. "What? Why?" I turn around to see Rehan rolling his eyes and standing up.
I turn back to sir and narrow my eyes at him. He ignores me and starts the lesson once more people roll in.
Btw before any of you guys get any ideas — no the professor is not interested in her😭 It’s more of a father figure thing and he don’t like him. Anyway, this is based off of my WIP
